High Quality Digital Printing
We employ top Digital Printing Technology from Europe and own the unique Direct-To-Garment Printing Machine here in Hong Kong. Usually, our Production Department will choose the best printing method according to your artwork. Three printing methods are as follows:
1. Direct-To-Garment
Most frequently used and recommended method. The ink is directly printed on garment and embedded in the fabric. It promises long-term colorfast and ultimate hard-wearing ease. Provided with special white ink, printing on dark garment is available.
Strengths:
- Ideal for processing complex colors or gradients
- High Efficiency, short to 1 day
- Best to serve for Contract Small Run Printing, Minimum Order Quantity as 1 piece
- Capable of Printing on Dark Garment

2. Plot Printing (Heat Transfer)
The image is printed on PVC Material initially and being pressed onto the garment by Heat Transfer process.
Strengths:
- Ideal for printing photos or photorealistic images
- Great color Accuracy and Clarity
- Can print on any position of the Shirt
Printing Size and Printable Area
The maximum printing size of Heat Press Pallet size is 50CM X 38CM and no limitation of Printable Area.

3. CAD Cut
Cut the design into shapes and then press onto garment by Heat Transfer process.
Strengths:
- Ideal for printing numbers, characters and patterns
- Best for single color or material printing
- Very suitable for logo or Slogan printing
