服飾直接噴墨打印機進駐生產中心後, Dookaz 團隊便進行了有關服飾直接噴墨打印的培訓。在服飾直接噴墨打印的培訓過程中, 大家都認識到服飾直接噴墨打印機的運作, 包括如何處理圖像印前準備, 打印過程, 保養打印機等等。原來, 服飾直接噴墨打印並不需要任何熱壓。你可以想像一下與直接在紙上打印相類似，不同的只是打印在布料上。油墨不但可以埋置於布料，而且非常經穿耐磨。這種打印方法的強項就是處理不同色彩。服飾直接噴墨打印機不只可以印出漸變色彩, 另外, 因為可以有超白的效果, 所以可以在深色的布料上打印。培訓過後, 大家經過一番努力, 終於有製成品。當中都遇到不少問題, 例如顏色出現偏差, 不過所有人都互相合作, 盡力做好。我們用心去做, 因為……“我們印刷, 與您分享!” Dookaz Team have the training on Direct to Garment Printing after the Printing Machine has arrived at our production centre. In the DTG training, we have learnt about how the DTG printing machine work, including how to prepare the file before printing, the printing process, maintenance of printing machine, etc. Actually, DTG printing prints directly on fabric without Heat Press. You can image to print on paper but now on garment instead. Not only the ink is embedded in the fabric, but it is also very hard-wearing. DTG is good for process color. Another strength of DTG printing is that graphics can be printed on dark garment. Coz it got a “superwhite” feature which is special for printing on dark garment. After the training, production team put their greatest effort to finish the printing. There were many problems, like color distortion. However, all of us cooperate effectively and tried to do their best. We did it with our heart, because… “We Print! We Share!”
